Digital Monetization Manager (Social Media Platforms)
We're looking for an experienced and execution-driven Digital Monetization Manager (Social Media Platforms) to help the company to grow our digital revenue streams - including brand integrations, digital product sales, community membership platforms, and travel product merchandising. We're seeking someone who understands Social Media platform for monetization and brand growth, with a proven track record of operational execution.
You'll be primarily responsible for managing and scaling revenue across brand partnerships, merchandising, strategic planning and more, while also supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing social media channels (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook,
WeChat). You'll play a key role in launching new initiatives such as digital products and travel e-commerce ventures.
The ideal candidate brings several years of experience from a creator-focused agency and has a deep understanding of the brand integration landscape. You've worked directly with brands, and ideally, you have hands-on experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing brand deals independently.
This is a full-time position based in Hong Kong, remote working arrangement possible or the right candidates up-to 6 months before relocating to Hong Kong. Open to candidates globally. Occasional business travel will be required.
