As the Group CEO and Executive Director of CSTS Enterprises, he established CSTS Enterprises, which encompasses CSTS Integrated Marketing and CSTS Technologies. He has also incorporated Connexus Travel (formerly Swire Travel), a legendary 78-year-old corporate travel provider, and Conduca Consulting (formerly HN Consulting Services), a leading corporate travel and payment solutions consultancy, into the group. This integration has made CSTS a comprehensive ecosystem for experiential travel and premium marketing services in the region. 
 
With over 16 years of experience in the global travel, travel tech, hospitality, and consulting industries, Abel brings profound expertise and innovative travel technology insights to the group and the market. His forward-thinking approach has garnered recognition for the group, including the Asia’s Leading Corporate Travel Agency by the World Travel Award in 2025 and the Top Agent Award by Cathay Pacific in 2024, among many others. 
 
Additionally, Connexus Travel was appointed as the official sales partner for the FIFA World Cup 2026 Official Hospitality Programme for Greater China. This historic appointment marks the first time a Hong Kong-based agency has been selected for this iconic sports event in the Greater China market. 
 
Abel also founded THE ELYA FOUNDATION, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a harmonious and inclusive society. He serves as the Chairman and Executive Director of the American Hotel Owner Charitable Association (AHOCA) Asia, the Asia branch of AHOCA USA, facilitating East-West business networks and promoting economic collaboration and contribution between the regions. 
 
Abel studied hospitality management at the Centre International de Glion in Switzerland.
