Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and establish new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand our corporate client base.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand our corporate client base
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive
    landscape
  • Develop and implement the right sales strategies. Able to build an active pipeline
    to reach sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our corporate clients and partners
  • Conduct sales presentations to promote our travel management services to clients
  • Responsible for pricing and contract negotiation to maximize the company's benefits
  • Monitor and analyse business performance. Able to provide insights and recommendations to improve results
  • Collaborate with different departments to meet customer needs
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects when assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

  • A degree holder in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience and/or account management, preferably in the travel industry
  • Experience in TMC/OTA/travel solution companies is an advantage
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a business mindset and a positive working
    attitude
  • Result-oriented and able to work independently with a good team spirit
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
