Business Development Manager
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and establish new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand our corporate client base.
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand our corporate client base
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive
landscape - Develop and implement the right sales strategies. Able to build an active pipeline
to reach sales targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with our corporate clients and partners
- Conduct sales presentations to promote our travel management services to clients
- Responsible for pricing and contract negotiation to maximize the company's benefits
- Monitor and analyse business performance. Able to provide insights and recommendations to improve results
- Collaborate with different departments to meet customer needs
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects when assigned
Requirements
Requirements:
- A degree holder in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience and/or account management, preferably in the travel industry
- Experience in TMC/OTA/travel solution companies is an advantage
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a business mindset and a positive working
attitude - Result-oriented and able to work independently with a good team spirit
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
